A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 75

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 75
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

We give thanks to You, O God, we give thanks!
For Your wondrous works declare that Your name is near (Psalm 75:1).

My faith is not in what happens, neither do I lose my faith if nothing happens. My faith is grounded in who God is. Psalm 75 gives thanks to God because His works are wondrous. God’s works are wondrous because God is wonderful.

This worship song written by Audrey Mae Mieir moves our hearts to gather in the wonders of His name…
His name is Wonderful, His name is Wonderful,
His name is Wonderful, Jesus my Lord;
Jesus my Lord. He’s the great Shepherd,
the Rock of all ages, Almighty God is He;
Bow down before Him, Love and adore Him,
His name is Wonderful, Jesus, my Lord.

Here is a short collection of the wonderful names of Jesus that you can include in your “thank you, Lord” list.

Advocate—He is your defending attorney in the courtroom of heaven.
Almighty—There are no limits to what He can do for you.
Author—He is writing every chapter of your life and is preparing future editions.
Beloved—He brings you the Father’s heart.
Captain—He is charting and guiding your course.
Deliverer—He sets you free from bondage and fear.
Master—He is in control.
Messiah—The God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob is your God also.
Refuge—He is your safe place and hiding place.
Way—He is the pathway, the highway, the only way into all the desires He has placed within your heart.

Insight: Every name of the Lord can meet every need you have.

Insight: Begin a “His Wonderful Name” journal. Within its pages record every name of the Lord you discover in the Scriptures, and include what need that name will meet in your life.

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 74

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 74
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

Your enemies roar in the midst of Your meeting place; They set up their banners for signs (Psalm 74:4).

Psalm 74 reminds us of a very low time in the history of Israel. The enemies of God’s people are inhabiting the places they don’t belong, while desecrating the things that aren’t theirs. It was a time when the enemies’ banners were in full display.

Banners are symbols that represent ownership, authority, loyalty, identity, victory, inspiration and pride. Banners are rallying points.

I was born in the Bronx, New York, not far from Yankee Stadium. When I was eight, my family moved to Los Angeles. I eventually became both a Yankee fan and a Dodger fan. My first banner came in the form of a baseball pennant bearing the name of my favorite team. It would be unthinkable for me to hang a baseball pennant on my wall bearing the name of my team’s rival.

Flags were a type of banner I was introduced to while attending elementary school. Our school flagpole proudly flew both the flag of the United States and the flag of the state of California.
No one at our school would ever allow a flag of another country or another state to fly on our flagpole.

During a war, one of the first things a conquering army would do is take down the flag of the enemy and raise up their flag in its place. This victory banner let everyone know who was now in charge.

The enemy of our soul wants to raise his banner over our lives as he did in Israel long ago. He wants us to be the defeated ones. The enemy is the destroyer, and he wants to destroy us. But wait, the enemy has been defeated! Jesus finished the work 2000 years ago. His victory is our victory because we are in Christ. We pray in His name! We walk in His way! We speak in His authority!

The Name of the Lord is Jehovah Nissi.
HE is our banner!
He IS our banner!
He is OUR banner!
He is our BANNER!

And His Banner over us is LOVE (Song of Solomon 2:4)!

Insight: Every name of God, every name of Jesus, every name of the Holy Spirit, and every promise of Scripture are your banners. Use them to wave over your heart!

Insight: You have given a banner to those who fear You, That it may be displayed because of the truth (Psalm 60:4 NKJV).

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 73

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 73
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

Nevertheless I am continually with You;
You hold me by my right hand.
You will guide me with Your counsel,
And afterward receive me to glory.
Whom have I in heaven but You?
And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You.
But it is good for me to draw near to God;
I have put my trust in the Lord God,
That I may declare all Your works (Psalm 73:23-25, 28).

It can be very risky to take your eyes off what is ahead of you and focus on something that is around you or behind you. I learned that lesson while playing in a school yard football game. While running full speed to catch a touchdown pass, I failed to notice a basketball pole at the back of the end zone. My head hit the poll at the same time my hands caught the ball. The noise from the impact could be heard all over the schoolyard! Some wondered if I would ever get up again.

Asaph, the author of Psalm 73, spent too much of his time looking around at others and observing what they were doing, instead of looking ahead and focusing upon what God was doing. Thankfully, by the time we get to verse 28, Asaph’s heart has settled once again upon the purpose and plan God has for his life.

Here are six important principles to FOLLOW as you pursue God’s guidance in your life:

F- Faith. Faith is the starting point of every journey. Without faith we cannot please God. We live by faith. By faith you put your trust in God’s faithfulness to keep you and fulfill His purposes for your life.

O- Obey. Following the Lord is not possible without obedience. You must have it settled in your heart that the Lord is your Shepherd. You are following His path for your life. Let Him decide for you what is next.

L- Listen. A good follower is a good listener. Listening means paying attention. Agree with whatever He says to you. His “no” is just as important as His “yes”.

L- Love. Let love be your aim. Your motive. Your motivation. Do what you do for love’s sake. Your love for others will flow out of your love for Him.

O- Observe. Pay attention. Be aware of what God is doing and join Him. Be aware of where He is going and follow Him. If you are at a crossroads, look at the road He has chosen and take that one.

W- Wait. Be patient. Be still. Rest. Striving is not necessary. There is nothing about God’s timing that you need to be anxious about.

Insight: There is nothing bad about following the GOOD Shepherd. There is nothing twisted about Him who makes straight paths for your feet.

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 72

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 72
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

His name shall endure forever;
His name shall continue as long as the sun.
And men shall be blessed in Him;
All nations shall call Him blessed.
Blessed be the Lord God, the God of Israel,
Who only does wondrous things!
And blessed be His glorious name forever!
And let the whole earth be filled with His glory.
Amen and Amen (Psalm 72:17-19).

As we read through the Psalms its pages are filled with prayers, praise, celebration, and adoration to the one, true, living, loving, just and righteous God of Israel. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

In Psalm 72 we find a powerful and prophetic focus upon Israel’s Messianic hope—the anointed King, the righteous King, the just King, and the glorious King—the only King before whom every king, from every nation will bow down.

James Montgomery, in his hymn Hail to the Lord’s Anointed, penned these faith building, heart stirring, prophetically significant words...

Hail to the Lord’s Anointed,
Great David’s greater Son!
Hail, in the time appointed,
His reign on earth begun!
He comes to break oppression,
To set the captive free;
To take away transgression,
And rule in equity.

O’er every foe victorious
He on His throne shall rest,
From age to age more glorious,
All-blessing and all-blest.
The tide of time shall never
His covenant remove;
His Name shall stand forever,
His changeless Name of Love.

Jesus Christ (Messiah) was sent by the God of Israel; He did not send Himself. He was appointed by the God of Israel; He did not appoint Himself. He was anointed by the God of Israel; He did not anoint Himself. No one needed to tell the Messiah why He was sent—He knew! He also rejoiced in His coming, and for the joy set before Him He endured the Cross and shed His blood so we could be forgiven, reconciled to God, and have eternal life.

The Messiah’s place, person, position, passion, power, and purpose flowed out the anointing He carried as the One sent by God.

Insight: The Scripture is clear, “ONLY the God of Israel does wondrous things!” No wonder God is so wonderful!

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 71

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 71
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

In You, O Lord, I put my trust; Let me never be put to shame.
For You are my hope, O Lord God; You are my trust from my youth (Psalm 71:1,5).

Psalm 71 gives us two more affirmations of David’s trust in the Lord. It’s a good reminder that we’re never too old, or too young, to put our trust in the Lord. If you’re a student or a professor, a servant or a king, poor or wealthy, unknown or in the spotlight, you are in the perfect place to put your trust in the Lord.

If you need to make an important decision, put your trust in the Lord; if you are facing a crisis, put your trust in the Lord; if you have a material need, put your trust in the Lord. It’s better to put your trust in the Lord at any time or in any circumstance, than to put your trust in a plan.

Putting your trust in the Lord is not wishful thinking, it’s not a cliche or a slogan. It’s real, it’s true, it’s wise, it’s life changing, and it’s spiritually transforming. Think about it…we are putting our trust in THE LORD! Let a few verses from the first three chapters of the book of Revelation help our faith see more fully the qualifications of the One in whom we put our trust:

Revelation 1:8, 17-18
Jesus is the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last. The one who lives and once was dead. He is alive forevermore. He has the keys of Hades and of Death.

Revelation 2:18
Jesus is the Son of God. He has eyes like a flame of fire, His feet like fine brass.

Revelation 3:7,14
Jesus is holy. He is true. He has the key of David. He opens and no one shuts, He shuts and no one opens. He is the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Origin of the creation of God.

How many times have we put our trust in someone or something else that will fail? Jesus has no match, no equal, and no competitor.

On a recent trip around the moon, one of the astronauts exclaimed, “This is a new level of amazing!” If going around the moon is deserving of that kind of exclamation, what would we hear out of the mouth of someone who could travel through space to another galaxy and what exclamation will come out of our mouths when we look upon the One who made it all!

Insight: There aren’t enough “levels of amazing” to describe Jesus.

Insight: Any youth that puts their trust in the Lord, will never look back on their life with regret.

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 70

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 70
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; And let those who love Your salvation say continually, “Let God be magnified!” (Psalm 70:4).

As we know, the purpose of a magnifying glass is to increase the actual size of something we are looking at. The purpose of the word “magnified” in verse 4 presents us with something very different. We do not magnify God to make Him appear greater than He actually is. God is as great as great can be. He can’t become greater!

When we magnify the Lord we are becoming more and more aware of how great He actually is! The Psalmist tells us to magnify the Lord continually. That means our insights, our understanding, and our revelations of God’s greatness will never come to an end.

Here are a few attributes of God listed in the book Knowledge of the Holy by A.W. Tozer. Each attribute will cause us to magnify the Lord more and more:
  • God is transcendent—He is above and beyond all that He has created.
  • Immanent—His presence and power pervade His entire creation.
  • Infinite—He is without limitations.
  • Ineffable—He is beyond anything we can think, imagine, or explain.
  • Immutable—He is unchangeable.
  • Eternal—He never had a starting point and will never have an ending point.
  • Almighty—He is the absolute One. He is in absolute control, with absolute authority, and absolute power.

Insight: Imagine spending eternity discovering how great God is!

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 69

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 69
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

Let not those who wait for You, O Lord God of hosts, be ashamed because of me; Let not those who seek You be confounded because of me, O God of Israel (Psalm 69:6).

In verse six of Psalm 69 a very important prayer is brought before the Lord by King David. It concerns the impact of our character upon the lives of others. Regardless of our place in life, others will be observing what we do and hearing what we say. This is especially true of leaders. A good leader will demonstrate a life that others will want to follow. No leader’s life should be a demonstration of what not to do.

In my years of working in the corporate world, I don’t remember a leader who dealt with an employee problem by first asking themselves this question, “Is there anything in me—in my words, in my actions, or in my attitudes that has caused this person to respond this way?”

In our God given place each of us is called to be light and salt. The influence of our lives is to:
-lift others up, not trip them up;
-build others up, not tear them down;
-hold others up, not let them down.

God is not looking for those who are clever,
but for those in whom He can be wise.
He is not looking for those who are talented,
but for those to whom He can be all-sufficient.
He is not looking for those who are powerful;
but for those through whom He can be Almighty!

Insight: Too many people say, “Don’t look at me.” Wouldn’t it be wonderful if each believer could say, “Follow me…as I follow Christ” (1 Corinthians 4:16 & 11:1).

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 68

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 68
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

You, O God, sent a plentiful rain,
Whereby You confirmed Your inheritance,
When it was weary (Psalm 68:9).

Verse 9 brought me back to a time of weariness in my life, and thankfully, to a time of refreshing as well. I had been writing cards and creating new products for DaySpring for twenty years when things began to dry up. I wondered if it was time to leave my job and look for something new. Instead, I took a new position at DaySpring within their catalog division.

After three months of writing catalog copy, I was still unsure about my future. One day, a catalog marketing specialist visited us. She recommended that our catalog start offering premiums to motivate shoppers to place larger orders. She suggested the first premium be a 100 page devotional book. She then recommended that I write it. For years I had carried a desire to write a devotional book but never had the opportunity, now it was being offered to me!

The first time I sat in front of my computer to write the devotional I wasn’t sure I could. I felt empty and wondered if I had anything to say. After looking at a blank screen for a long time, a thought came to mind and I wrote it down. Soon another thought followed. Two weeks later the devotional book was completed.

It was during this time that God revealed something to my heart that turned me into a different writer…I saw a river! As I looked at the river the following conversation took place…
“What do you see?” asked the Lord.
“A river.” I replied.
“It is My creative river. It is the river of the Holy Spirit.” The Lord explained.
“What do you want me to do.” I asked.
“Get in.” He said.
“How do I do that?” I inquired.
“By faith.” He gently said.
That day, by faith, I stepped into God’s creative river!

The weariness I had previously experienced never returned.

Insight: Isn’t it wonderful that God sends rain (the Spirit) to bring refreshing and renewal in the time of our weariness.

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 67

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 67
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

God be merciful to us and bless us,
And cause His face to shine upon us,
That Your way may be known on earth,
Your salvation among all nations.
Then the earth shall yield her increase;
God, our own God, shall bless us.
God shall bless us,
And all the ends of the earth shall fear Him.
And cause His face to shine upon us,
That Your way may be known on earth,
Your salvation among all nations.
Then the earth shall yield her increase;
God, our own God, shall bless us.
God shall bless us,
And all the ends of the earth shall fear Him (Psalm 67:6-7).

One of the greatest blessings I have ever received came when I was 21 years of age. At the time, I was a Bible school student dating Charlene Solum.

We were in love and I wanted to marry her, but before I proposed I wanted to have the blessing of her father.

That opportunity happened during a weekend visit to Charlene’s home. Her parents lived in a small farming community in northwest Minnesota. When we arrived I was invited by her father to help him cut some firewood in a wooded area near their house. It was during that time when I gathered the courage to ask him if I could have his blessing to marry Charlene. In a kind and affirming way he replied, “I couldn’t think of having a finer son-in-law.”

That one statement brought two life-changing blessings into my life. One was the privilege of being welcomed into the Solum family, the other was the joy of knowing that Charlene would be my wife. Those two blessings brought a river of blessings that have flowed abundantly for over sixty-two years.

From a kingdom perspective, God has made available the two greatest blessings anyone could ever receive. One is the gift of His Son (in whom dwells every spiritual blessing), and the other is to become a part of His forever family. From these two blessings all other blessings flow, including the gift of salvation and fellowship with the body of Christ.

Insight: God’
s blessings to His children are an extension of His goodness, kindness, favor and generosity. These blessings are grace gifts that enrich, prosper, help, and encourage those who belong to Him.

Insight: God’s blessings in your life…it can’t get any better than that!

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 66

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 66
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth!
Sing out the honor of His name;
Make His praise glorious.
Say to God, “How awesome are Your works!
Through the greatness of Your power
Your enemies shall submit themselves to You (Psalm 66:1-3).

I love the Scriptures that tell us who God is and what our response to Him should be. A person with a loving relationship with God will view every opportunity to serve Him as a privilege, not an obligation.

The first three verses of Psalm 66 bring these wonderful words before us:
  • joyful shout
  • sing
  • honor
  • praise
  • glorious
  • awesome
  • greatness
  • power

Let’s take a closer look at the phrase “joyful shout”.

This is not a shout of agony, despair, defeat, gloom, or frustration. It is a shout of joy, coming from the depths of our hearts. It is a happy shout, a triumphant shout, an overcoming, overflowing shout. It is a shout of victory! It is the shout of a song that worships the King!

In 1994, Darlene Zschech released the worship song Shout to the Lord. It quickly became one of the  most beloved worship songs within the body of Christ. (I wonder if the writer was inspired by Psalm 66 before writing the song?)

Here is the chorus:

Shout to the Lord
All the earth let us sing
Power and majesty
Praise to the King
Mountains bow down
And the seas will roar
At the sound of Your name—
I sing for joy
At the work of Your hands
Forever I'll love You
Forever I'll stand
Nothing compares to the promise
I have in You.

A joyful shout is not a scream or a cry for help from someone in danger or trouble. A joyful shout is a bold proclamation of a victory won. In the Lord, we live and move in Jesus’ victory.

In times of loss, hurt, or disappointment—
let Jesus’ sufficiency be your joyful shout of victory.
In times of stress, pressure, or uncertainty—
let Jesus’ peace be your joyful shout of victory.
In times of weakness, weariness, or fatigue—
let Jesus’ strength be your joyful shout of victory.
In times when you’ve been ignored, misunderstood,
or overlooked—let Jesus’ presence be your joyful shout of victory.

Insight: Your joyful shout of victory is your shout, but it’s not your victory. The victory is His. And His victory has you!

Insight: The voice that joyfully shouts the name of Jesus is the loudest, strongest, most authoritative voice in the room!

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 65

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 65
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

Praise is awaiting You, O God, in Zion; And to You the vow shall be performed. O You who hear prayer, To You all flesh will come. Iniquities prevail against me; As for our transgressions, You will provide atonement for them. Blessed is the man You choose, And cause to approach You, That he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Of Your holy temple. By awesome deeds in righteousness You will answer us, O God of our salvation, You who are the confidence of all the ends of the earth, And of the far-off seas; Who established the mountains by His strength, Being clothed with power; You who still the noise of the seas, The noise of their waves, And the tumult of the peoples (Psalm 65:1-7).

It’s hard to know the number of prayers that are spoken each day to gods that cannot answer and cannot hear. These are the same gods with eyes that cannot see and mouths that cannot speak. No wonder David filled the Psalms with praise to the only God that hears and answers prayer.

David not only praised God for hearing and answering prayer, but also for the ways in which God answered prayer. It’s as though David was excited about prayer because he couldn’t wait to see what God would do and how He would do it.

Psalm 65 opens wide the door of prayer and the benefits and blessings it brings to us because of the atoning sacrifice of Jesus’ shed blood upon the cross.

BLESSEDNESS
The greatest blessing anyone can receive is to be in the Lords’ presence, seated at His table, enjoying His company as you fellowship with one another.
It is here that your heart is fully satisfied, your soul is fully fortified, and your spirit is fully edified.

GOODNESS
Goodness is ours because God is good. He will not answer prayer with something bad, with something meager, with something fake, with something unkind, or with something that is ungracious.

AWESOMENESS
God is more than can be spoken, imagined, defined or expressed. Every detail of God is overwhelmingly awesome. He is exceedingly, abundantly, above all we could ask or think! Our eyes have not seen, our ears have not heard, neither has it entered into our hearts what God has prepared for those who love Him. God is “WOW Father”, “WOW Son”, and “WOW Holy Spirit”!

CONFIDENCE
The confidence God gives us in prayer produces security not uncertainty, boldness not timidity, hope not despair, trust not doubt. We have confidence because God has accepted us, because we are His children, and because He welcomes and invites us to pray.

QUIETNESS
Prayers are requests, not solutions; petitions, not suggestions; supplications, not manipulations. Prayer is fervency, not indifference; a cry, not a conflict; a surrender, not a debate. Prayer is stillness, not striving; it is trust, not impatience; it is dependency, not self-reliance.

Insight: Every answer to prayer comes from God’s heart, for God’s glory, and for our good.

Insight: Confidence keeps us from holding back in prayer.

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 64

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 64
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

The righteous shall be glad in the Lord, and trust in Him. And all the upright in heart shall glory (Psalm 64:10).

After revealing all the turbulence that the enemy has brought against his battered soul, David is able to conclude Psalm 64 with another smooth landing upon the runway of trust.

Whenever you experience heavy turbulence from the enemy of your soul, there will always be a runway of trust where you can peacefully land, be refreshed, and refuel.

Because trust is so important to our daily walk as followers of Christ, we will often be tempted by the enemy of our souls to become doubters instead of believers. Like David, heavy turbulence can batter our minds, our thoughts, and our emotions.

Our enemy is an accuser and he will use false accusations against God’s character to attempt to have us withdraw our full and complete trust in the Lord. Our enemy is also a liar and he will attempt to have us question God’s words and promises while pointing us towards things that appear to be trustworthy, fulfilling, and dependable.

Be fully aware of the enemy’s schemes:

  • To keep us from trusting the Lord as our provider, the enemy will point us towards financial security as a wiser plan and a better option.
  • To keep us from trusting the Lord as our sufficiency, the enemy will point us to imposters who appear to have it all together but in reality have nothing to offer but an image.
  • To keep us from trusting the Lord as our Shepherd, the enemy will point us to those who will lead us in the wrong direction and who know nothing of the Lord’s green pastures and still waters.
  • To keep us from trusting the Lord as our wisdom, the enemy will point us to those who have not the mind of Christ, yet claim to have the answers to life’s toughest questions.
  • To keep us from trusting the Lord as our peace, the enemy will point us to temporary substitutes and quick fixes that fix nothing, and bring addictions that hinder, bind and destroy.
  • To keep us from trusting the Lord as our vindicator, the enemy will point us to anger, revenge, bitterness and resentment to get even with those who have hurt us or tried to harm us.
Insight: Putting your trust in the Lord will never disrupt the peace of God in your heart, never bring confusion to your mind, and never leave you at the place of disappointment when you reach the finish line in your journey of faith.

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 63

A Devotional Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 63
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow

O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water.
So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory. Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, My lips shall praise You. Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness, And my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips. When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches. Because You have been my help, Therefore in the shadow of Your wings I will rejoice. My soul follows close behind You; Your right hand upholds me (Psalm 63:1-8).

David was not writing this psalm from the plush palace of a king, but from the dry and barren surroundings of the wilderness. He was not entertaining friends, but fleeing from his enemies. Yet, in it all and through it all his heart remained fixed upon the Lord.

Leonard Ravenhill once said, “The Lord can’t be all you need, until He’s all you’ve got!” In just eight verses of Psalm 63, David reveals the depth and devotion of his heart toward the Lord:
  • David knew first hand that God was his God. No one needed to explain God to David. David had direct access to the One he needed most.
  • Even though David knew God was his God he actively pursued the Lord’s light to shine upon his day.
  • As much as David was daily aware of his need for physical water the awareness of his need for living water was even greater.
  • He looked for the Lord where His presence was known, His power was manifested and His glory was revealed.
  • David knew God’s heart and celebrated the greatness, the depth, the height and the all encompassing splendor of God’s lovingkindness.
  • David was fully persuaded that God was life’s greatest reward and richest treasure. David sought no substitutes, for God had no rival.
  • Praise was David’s response when he thought upon the Lord in the night or through the day. He couldn’t help himself!

Insight: When you’re holding the Lord’s hand you don’t need to worry about Him letting go!
