When we look back and wonder how we ever made
it this far,
we realize it is not because we have been clever, but because God has been wise…
not because we have been strong, but because God has been mighty…
not because we have been deserving, but because God has been merciful…
not because we have been consistent, but because God has been faithful.
I am the Vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in Me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing (John 15:5 NIV).
