The heart of the Father, the voice of the Spirit, the testimony of Scripture, the confession of Peter, and the witness of Wise Men all proclaim the person of Jesus Christ…The heart of the Father proclaims His Sonship, “This is my dearly loved Son, who brings Me great joy. Listen to Him.” Matthew 17:5The voice of the Spirit proclaims His Lordship, “No one can say Jesus is Lord, except by the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12:3The testimony of Scripture proclaims His Headship, “God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made Him head over all things for the benefit of the church.” Ephesians 1:22The confession of Peter proclaims His Messiahship, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” Matthew 16:16The witness of Wise Men proclaims His Kingship, “Where is the newborn King of the Jews? We saw His star as it rose, and we have come to worship Him.” Matthew 2:2This Christmas may the proclamation of Jesus Christ be strong upon your heart!
