My Monday Prayer: Trusting the Lord

Trusting the Lord
-Roy Lessin

Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah. Psalm 62:8 NKJV

Each day you can put your trust in the Lord. You can take all your cares, fears, and worries out of your hands and place them into His hands. You can trust Him because He is with you and will never fail.

In your needs trust Him for His provision.
In your difficulties trust Him for His solution.
In your uncertainties trust Him for His wisdom.
In your tears trust Him for His comfort.
In your struggles trust Him for His peace.

My Monday Prayer
-Marina Bromley

My sweet Father, come join me today. I invite You into my morning, and ask that You stay throughout my day. I pray that You will help me to trust you in my neediness, difficulties, uncertainties, tears and struggles. Increase my trust to depend on You for provisions, solutions, wisdom, and Your comfort and peace. Remove the distractions that the world has to offer and help me to keep my eyes on You and Your Word as I gaze heavenward. 

May I allow You to be on the throne of my heart, and reside there until You bring me home to be with You. Give me strength for today, and hope for tomorrow. Thank You for your faithfulness and never-ending love, and help me to share it with those around me, that they may come to know You more. Amen.
