GOD wasn’t attracted to you and didn’t choose you because you were big and important—the fact is, there was almost nothing to you. He did it out of sheer love, keeping the promise he made to your ancestors. GOD stepped in and mightily bought you back out of that world of slavery, freed you from the iron grip of Pharaoh king of Egypt. Know this: GOD, your God, is God indeed, a God you can depend upon. He keeps his covenant of loyal love with those who love him and observe his commandments for a thousand generations. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?... For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:35, 38, 39).
God will never leave you
empty. If something is taken away, He will replace it with something better. If
He denies your request in a certain area, it is because He wishes to give you
what is best. If He asks you to put something down, it is so you can pick up
something greater. God is not the great denier, but the great giver. He is not
a robber, but the bestower of every good and perfect gift.

Hello Friends! Happy June!
We are so excited to announce our changes for Summer, and now that it's June first we can share all the news.
We are updating our website, and Facebook and Instagram! Check out the new graphics, fonts, and bio of Roy.
We will be kicking off new series on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Monday's we will continue with the title of "My Monday Prayer" but will be drawing devotions from Roy's book, "A Place at His Table," and I (Marina) will add a prayer for each post.
On Wednesdays will are beginning a new devotional book called "Never Forgotten...Always Loved! Affirming the Heart and Mind of God Toward You". We hope that it will bless and encourage you in your relationship with God.
On Fridays we will be sharing from Roy Lessin's memoir, "Like Those Who Dream". You're going to love reading along with us through his story. Just think of it as your totally free weekend book club!
We will also be playing with some new features, posting tid-bits and sneak peeks before posts appear on those days, and getting more interactive with you.
As always I'll be checking in each day, responding to your comments and preparing the next things to post. Our prayer is that God will equip us to continue to encourage you in your walk with Him. We are making this journey together, and we will someday be face to face, in the presence of our Father.

Many things we face try to
rob us of the sense of God’s peace and presence in our lives. Pressures, hectic
schedules, difficulties and disappointments are some of the enemies that war
against us.
In the midst of life’s stress
we need to be reminded of the heart and mind of God toward us. He assures us that we are never out of His
thoughts and always close to His heart. There is never a time when He is
indifferent to our pain or unresponsive to our needs. His arms are always
open...His ear is always listening...His eye is always watching...His heart is
always loving.
The aim of this book is to
bring you encouragement. I hope the thoughts and scriptures in "Never
Forgotten...Always Loved" will help bring special reminders of God’s love
and daily care for you.
